Hit That Juice's Refund/Return Policy
If you would like to initiate a return you MUST contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving your package by utilizing our CONTACT US page. Please provide as many details as possible, including ORDER #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. If the return is approved you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us. Any refund, store credit or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed.
Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchanidise prior to sending the items back. We may also email you with troubleshooting steps.
Any Return Request for any reason MUST Be Reported Within 48 Hours of Delivery!
We DO NOT accept the following items for returns (this includes, but is not limited to):
-Eliquids
-Coils
-Cartridges
-Batteries
-Items deemed as consumable
You will be responsible for shipping charges for non defective returns. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
A 15% return processing fee will be applied if:
Promotional Term & Conditions: For returns including promotional items, all items included in the promotion need to be returned. When the promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refused Orders
If either customer or shipping carrier refused the packages for any reasons, there will be a 15% return processing fee along with shipping charge being non refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping the package from your refund.
Note: If utilizing an approved Prepaid Card, Hit That Juice will attempt to refund the payment method within the scope of our refund policy. Hit That Juice is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event that the cardholder no longer has possession of the Prepaid Card utilized in the transaction.
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
