Do you ship to countries outside of the United States?

I tried to make a purchase but my payment was declined, what do I do?
First we are sorry you are experiencing issues making a purchase. The two most common reasons why cards are declined on our site is because either you are attempting to make a purchase using a credit card that is registered outside of the United States or your billing information does not match. When this happens you will see a pending charge on your card for 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite pending charges as this has to do with how long your bank takes to fix this issue.
Where is my Confirmation/Tracking number?
All confirmation emails and tracking numbers are sent automatically by our system. If you have not already received an email then your order either was not yet processed, our system has not yet been updated, or it was sent and sitting in your spam folder.
I have a question how can I reach out to you and when can I expect a response?
If you would like to reach out to us click HERE. You can expect a response within 24-48hours. Monday-Friday we typically respond within 2 hours. On Saturday and Sunday we are closed and will respond to all inquiries by Monday.
Can I use a credit card that is registered to a different address than where I would like to ship my order?
Yes, you may ship to a different address. However, in order for use to minimize fraudulent purchases you will need to send us a picture of your ID and a picture of your credit card displaying your name and ONLY the last four digits of the card used in the transaction. Without verifying your ID we will not be able to process your order.
I purchased a product that I no longer want. Can I return it?
It depends on the product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any Eliquid product as it can be tampered with and we will not be able to resell any Eliquid product that was returned by a customer. However, we will gladly accept returns and any and all hardware/accessories that has not been opened or used. To return an item reach out to us using out contact form for instructions.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do offer free shipping for any orders over $45.00. Any order under $45.00 will be charged $7.50 for shipping. All packages are shipped Priority USPS and include insurance.
My tracking says it was delivered but I do not have my item. What should I do?
If your tracking says delivered and you do not have your package you will need to file a claim with the USPS. Please click HERE for the USPS claim form. If any package is lost or stolen you can request a full refund of your purchase directly from the USPS. If you need us to give you a receipt for your order please feel free to contact us.
